Labour only handyman prices

Labour only bookings allow you to buy your paint, products etc, and our handyman will arrive with all the tools necessary for the job. We can also collect necessary parts or items during your working hours.

Electrical & Plumbing jobs can only be booked under Electrical / Plumbing charge which we include additional insurances for these works. Various other jobs can be carried out with the same booking time permitting.

Our promise is that we aim to work hard, smart and deliver upon your list of instructions. We carry high range Dewalt tools and many tools for the very challenging jobs. Many jobs are not as straightforward as they appear, and some are easier and quicker, we use your time optimally to complete whatever is possible.

Labour only charging is a more cost efficient way to get the jobs done. It means we cut down on unnecessary visits and we dont have to inflate the price to cover for uncertainty. As one of many examples, we may be asked to strip wall paper before painting. some paper is easily removed, some very difficult, then the walls may need repair, so this is not known beforehand, only once the work takes place, which is why many quotes are over inflated.

Why pay for uncertainty when the reality can be very different, which is why our customers can book the estimated amount of time, then if the job takes longer, and needs say an extra 1 man for half a day, it's still cheaper than paying for all eventualities, and our customers agree that this way of charging is fair to both parties and is more convenient and saves money.
